On Sunday 3rd June I did a sponsored triathlon in memory of my cousin Ben. I completed the course in 1 hour 44 minutes and raised £1015 to-date for Cardiac Risk in the Young. This is sufficient to screen 29 young people for undetected heart defects. It is not too late to donate so please go to my Just Giving Page and help save a young life.
Angie won her age group race in the Somme 10k, receiving a big cup and a jack pot prize of 30 Euros. They had an Olympic style podium with three different heights but she could not get onto the middle winner's podium as she is so little and had to be pushed up.
